1. Identification of the entity responsible for the file
The VOLUNTEERS FOR MADRID FOUNDATION, with Business ID number G84332121, enrolled in the Register of Foundations in the Community of Madrid: Company registration page 423, 1st registration, Volume CIV, Pages 401-446, informs the users of its website that there is an automated file of personal data called an online Platform, which is managed by the VOLUNTEERS FOR MADRID FOUNDATION, located at Calle José Ortega y Gasset No. 100, 28006 Madrid, where the personal data that the users provide to the VOLUNTEERS FOR MADRID FOUNDATION are collected and stored.

2. Policy updates
The VOLUNTEERS FOR MADRID FOUNDATION may, without prior notification, modify the present privacy policy whenever necessary in order to adapt it to any legal, regulatory, jurisprudential or administrative changes, or for the purpose of adapting the policy to the instructions dictated by the Data Protection Agency, or for any legitimate purpose of the FOUNDATION. The VOLUNTEERS FOR MADRID FOUNDATION does not solicit any information on its website from those who visit it. 4. Consent
The VOLUNTEERS FOR MADRID FOUNDATION informs that this privacy policy contains all the aspects related to the processing of personal data that the VOLUNTEERS FOR MADRID FOUNDATION carries out as part of being responsible for such data. Thus, we inform that when the user does not maintain relations with the VOLUNTEERS FOR MADRID FOUNDATION, and sends an email or message to the Foundation indicating other personal data, said user will be giving its free, clear, specific, informed and express consent for this personal data to be processed by the VOLUNTEER FOR MADRID FOUNDATION, for the purposes previously established, as well as to answer its message or send documentation.
For the same purposes, the VOLUNTEERS FOR MADRID FOUNDATION informs that if the user sends an email or communicates its personal data to the Foundation as part of its job position held within a company—whether as an administrator, manager, representative and/or any other positions as a person of contact at the company—, said communication shall be interpreted as providing the user's free, clear, specific, informed and express consent for its personal data to be processed by the VOLUNTEERS FOR MADRID FOUNDATION, for the purposes previously established, as well as to answer its message or send documentation.

5. Identification of the recipients with regard to whom the VOLUNTEERS FOR MADRID FOUNDATION makes provisions for disclosing or allowing access to data by third parties
The VOLUNTEERS FOR MADRID FOUNDATION only allows for the disclosure or communication of data that, in accordance with that established in article 11.2.c. of Organic Law 15/99 on personal data protection (hereinafter the Data Protection Act), it is required to in order to fulfill its obligations with the Public Administrations in the cases where it should be required in accordance with the current laws and regulations on such matters at any time, and also, where applicable, when required to provide such data to other bodies such as Judges, the Attorney General's office, Courts, Audit Office, or Public Defender.

The VOLUNTEERS FOR MADRID FOUNDATION shall also inform the user of any other disclosure of data that must be made when stipulated by the Data Protection Act, expressly, precisely and clearly informing the user of the parties to whom the information shall be disclosed, what the data shall be used for, and the nature of the data that was disclosed, or where applicable, when the Data Protection Act stipulates, the user shall be requested to provide its clear, specific and informed consent.
Nevertheless, the VOLUNTEERS FOR MADRID FOUNDATION informs the user that any processing of personal data is subject to the current laws in Spain regarding the data protection, as set our in the Data Protection Act and its regulatory decrees. In this sense, the VOLUNTEERS FOR MADRID FOUNDATION is only responsible and guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data that the user requests by accessing the website www.ev-school.com, not assuming any type of responsibility for the processing and subsequent use of the personal data that could be made by third party service providers of the information society which may access the data during the course of providing their services or conducting their business.

Third party service providers of the information society are understood to be --but are not limited to-- those individuals or companies who provide the following services: a) transmission via a data communications network provided by the recipients of the service, b) access services to that network, c) data storage or hosting services, d) supply of content or information. Moreover, the VOLUNTEERS FOR MADRID FOUNDATION does not assume responsibility for the processing of data by third parties who might establish hyperlinks to the VOLUNTEERS FOR MADRID FOUNDATION, nor those parties to whom the VOLUNTEERS FOR MADRID FOUNDATION sends its visitors through hyperlinks.

6. Type of the data
The VOLUNTEERS FOR MADRID FOUNDATION warns the user that, except in the case where the user possesses legal authorization to represent another party, no user may use the identity of another person or disclose their personal data. Therefore, the user must be aware at all times that it can only use the personal data corresponding to its own identity and which are adequate, relevant, current, precise and true. La FUNDACIÓN VOLUNTARIOS POR MADRID, desea poner en conocimiento de los usuarios de su página web, la política llevada a cabo respecto al tratamiento y protección de los datos de carácter personal de aquellas personas que voluntariamente utilizan los formularios de formación, así como, cualquiera de los servicios ofrecidos en la web, que impliquen la comunicación de sus datos personales a LA FUNDACIÓN VOLUNTARIOS POR MADRID.

FUNDACIÓN VOLUNTARIOS POR MADRID, con C.I.F. nº G84332121, Inscrita en el Registro de Fundaciones de la Comunidad de Madrid: Hoja personal 423, inscripción 1ª, Tomo CIV, Folio 401-446, informa al usuario de su página web de la existencia de un fichero automatizado de datos personales denominado Plataforma online, cuyo responsable es la FUNDACIÓN VOLUNTARIOS POR MADRID con domicilio social en Calle José Ortega y Gasset nº 100, 28006 de Madrid, donde se recogen y almacenan los datos personales que el usuario comunica a la FUNDACIÓN VOLUNTARIOS POR MADRID.

2. Actualización de las políticas

4. Consentimiento
La FUNDACIÓN VOLUNTARIOS POR MADRID, informa que en esta política de privacidad se contienen todos los aspectos relacionados con el tratamiento de datos personales que la FUNDACIÓN VOLUNTARIOS POR MADRID lleva a cabo como responsable del mismo. Por terceros prestadores de servicios de la sociedad de la información se entenderán -sin carácter limitativo- aquellas personas físicas o jurídicas que presten los siguientes servicios: a) Transmisión por una red de comunicación de datos facilitados por los destinatarios del servicio. b) Servicios de acceso a la citada red. c) Servicios de almacenamiento o alojamiento de datos. d) Suministro de contenidos o información. Asimismo, la FUNDACIÓN VOLUNTARIOS POR MADRID no se hace responsable de los tratamientos de datos que lleven a cabo los terceros que establezcan hiperenlaces con la FUNDACIÓN VOLUNTARIOS POR MADRID ni de aquellos responsables a quienes a través de hiperenlaces la FUNDACIÓN VOLUNTARIOS POR MADRID remite a sus visitantes.
6. Calidad de los datos

La FUNDACIÓN VOLUNTARIOS POR MADRID informa al usuario que, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la LOPD y el RD 1720/2007, ha adoptado las medidas de índole técnica y organizativas necesarias para garantizar la seguridad de los datos de carácter personal y evitar la alteración, pérdida, tratamiento o acceso no autorizado, habida cuenta del estado de la tecnología, la naturaleza de los datos almacenados y los riesgos a que están expuestos. Igualmente la FUNDACIÓN VOLUNTARIOS POR MADRID garantiza al usuario el cumplimiento del deber de secreto profesional respecto de los datos personales de los usuarios y del deber de guardarlos.
